I had an emergency situation on of all days, Saturday. A warning light was lit on my dashboard. I needed to drive my car on Monday to a cemetery in Calverton, N.Y. for my brother-in-laws burial. I brought my car into Nissan on Saturday morning. Don told me to leave it and he called my cell around noon to pick the car up. Something had to be replaced and while my car was there, an oil change was done. If this is not the greatest service, I don’t know what is. Thanks to Don, I was able to drive on Monday without any worry.

I love my new Sentra!June 8th, 2011

I love my new Sentra!  I had been with Toyota for more than 20 years and I hope to be with Nissan for the next 20. God willing I make it for 20 more..  your staff is wonderful, they did not nickle and dime me, I told them the facts, what I could afford and wanted to pay and they gave me an offer I could not refuse!  Again, I am very pleased with the car and Nissan Port Chester..

Good people make for a good dealership.March 7th, 2011

This is my 4th Nissan that I have gotten from Nissan City.  I commend Ozzie for running a wonderful dealership, and  especially his choice of sales people.  Debbie was introduced to me by my former salesperson Micheal Telup. They are both such a pleasure to deal with. Debbie worked the deal within 15
minutes and has the wonderfull ability to put one at ease.  Good people make for a good dealership.  I would also like to commend Don Noll and the service dept which is 2nd to none.  I have not had many problems in the past, but when I do, they are addressed in a commendable manner.  All I can sum up with is “Thanks to all at Nissan City for a great car buying experience”  Thanks.

Everyone was polite and efficient!October 6th, 2010

Our experience was very positive. Our salesperson helped us finalize a lease on a 2010 Murano within 15 minutes of our arrival at the dealership. What he promised was what he delivered. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was polite, honest and efficient. It was amazingly easy to reach agreement on a great price and drive off with a new car!! Thank you to everyone at Nissan City! We love our car!

I want to express my sincere gratitude towards Don Noll and his staff. I had problems with my tires. I had a device that was not working properly and Don was gracious enough to see me on a Saturday, brought me in right away and treated me like I had bought the car from your dealership. He was incredibly gracious and on top of that, he took care of everything to my satisfaction.
I just want to let you know that I have been a loyal Nissan customer for several years and these are the experiences that I had that reinforce my commitment to remaining  a loyal Nissan customer.
